# Hostaway price changes: sync timing

After you change a price in Hostaway, your HomeRunner site may keep showing the old rate for a while.

**Why this happens.** HomeRunner pulls rates and availability from Hostaway about once an hour. A price change made in Hostaway can take up to an hour to appear on your site, and occasionally closer to two hours when a pull runs long.

**What you can do.** You do not need to do anything on your site. The next scheduled pull picks up the change automatically.

Also confirm that the change was made on every listing you meant to update. If only one of two units was edited in Hostaway, only that unit changes on your site.

If a rate change made in Hostaway is still not showing on your site the next morning, that is outside the normal lag. Report it to support so the sync can be checked.
