# How guest payment works with Lodgify

When your HomeRunner site is connected to Lodgify, your guests search, browse properties, and build their quote on your HomeRunner website. When they book, they complete payment on Lodgify's checkout page.

Lodgify collects the payment and creates the reservation in your Lodgify account. On-site card entry is not available for Lodgify connections. Everything before the payment step stays on your site.
