# Connecting Hospitable to your HomeRunner site

You connect Hospitable through the **HomeRunner Customer Dashboard** using a secure partner authorization flow.

1. In the **HomeRunner Customer Dashboard**, select **Hospitable** as your PMS.
2. You are redirected to Hospitable's partner portal. Authorize the connection there.
3. Once you approve it, the connection is created automatically. There is no manual token setup or configuration required.

Your properties and reservations then sync automatically through webhooks.

**Use only one connection per account.** Do not connect the same Hospitable account through two separate connections. This causes token conflicts that prevent the integration from working correctly.

**If your data looks stale.** If your listing data or calendar appears out of date after connecting, the sync may have stalled on the HomeRunner side. Contact support so they can check it.
