# Amenity filter: choosing amenities and order

The amenity filter on your site's search explorer can show any selection of your property amenities, in any order you choose.

**How the list is curated.** The list prioritizes the options guests actually use to make booking decisions, such as hot tubs, pet-friendly status, pool access, waterfront, and fire pits. Internal tags that do not help guests narrow results are removed.

**When the change appears.** The new list goes live once the site cache is cleared. If you still see the old list after the change is made, refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache usually resolves it. If the update does not appear right away, the YOOtheme template cache on your site may also need to be cleared separately.
