# Translating HomeRunner labels with WPML

Most HomeRunner plugin and Toolkit interface labels can be translated on a multilingual WPML site. This includes section headings such as "Location", "Reviews", and "Features and Amenities".

**Why scanning is needed.** The plugins ship translation templates rather than pre-built translation files, so the strings do not appear in WPML until you scan for them.

1. In WPML **String Translation**, enable plugin localization scanning for the text domains **homelocal** (HomeRunner plugin) and **homerunner-toolkit** (Toolkit).
2. Translate the discovered strings.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
