# Cancellation policy tooltip on a rate plan

You can show a rate plan's cancellation policy behind a small info icon in the booking widget.

In the **Rate Plan Control** override for the relevant plan, paste the policy text into the **Explainer** field. Your guests see a small info icon next to the rate plan name. They can hover over it on desktop or tap it on mobile to read the policy.

Leave the **Explainer** field empty for any plan that should not show an icon.
