# Cancellation policy at checkout

The checkout page has a dedicated cancellation policy block that shows your guests the policy that applies to their stay.

**Which policy appears.** When a cancellation policy is set on the listing in your PMS, the block displays that listing's own policy. When no listing-level policy is set, the block falls back to the site-wide cancellation policy.

**Setting the site-wide policy.** You configure the site-wide cancellation policy in HomeRunner's booking settings. There you can also set optional full-refund and partial-refund day counts.
