# Per-property payouts with Hostaway and Stripe

If you run each property under its own LLC, you can send direct-booking revenue from your HomeRunner website to a separate bank account for each property.

**How payments work.** Stripe only applies to bookings made on your HomeRunner website. Airbnb payouts continue going to each LLC's bank exactly as they do today, separate from this setup. For website bookings, the guest's card is charged through the Stripe account connected in Hostaway, so you configure this in Hostaway rather than on the website itself.

**Setting it up.**

1. Create one Stripe account per LLC and link that LLC's bank account to it.
2. In Hostaway, go to **Listings** and open **Edit** for the listing.
3. Under **Payment accounts**, select the Stripe account for that listing.

Any listing that does not have its own Stripe account assigned falls back to the account-level Stripe connection in Hostaway.

HomeRunner reads the per-listing Stripe account from Hostaway automatically, so your site charges the correct Stripe account for each property. You do not need any extra configuration on the website side.

For more detail, see Hostaway's guide on listing-level payment accounts at [https://support.hostaway.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050710413](https://support.hostaway.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050710413).

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
