# Group stay trips: requiring a guest email

By default, guests receive their trip link immediately without entering an email, and the lead notification shows the email as not collected.

**Requiring an email.** To capture a contact for every saved trip:

1. In WordPress admin, go to **HomeRunner > Conversion Kit**.
2. Find the **Trip Builder** section.
3. Check **Ask guests for their email address before showing the trip link**.
4. Save your changes.

**What changes.** Once this is enabled, guests must provide an email before the trip link appears. The prompt appears on the group stays wizard page where guests pick dates and group size. The guest also receives their trip link by email, and each lead notification includes the guest's email address.
