# Renaming rate plans in the booking engine

If guests see your internal PMS rate plan names in the booking engine, you can replace them with commercial names.

1. In WordPress, go to **Toolkit > Rate Plan Control**.
2. Add one override per plan family.
3. In the **Rate Plan Name (PMS)** field, enter the text that identifies the plan in your PMS (for example 'NON REFUNDABLE', 'Flex', 'EARLY DEAL', 'STAY 7').
4. In the **Display Name** field, enter what guests should see (for example 'Non-refundable rate', 'Flexible rate', 'Early booking deal', 'Weekly deal').
5. Set **Match Type** to **Contains**.

Matching is case-insensitive, so one override per plan family covers all building or unit code variants. You do not need a separate override for each building.
