# Booking widget: renaming rate plan labels

By default, the booking widget shows each rate plan under its name from your PMS. You can replace these with clearer names for your guests.

**Before you start.** This requires the **Rate Plan Control** feature in the HomeRunner Toolkit version 3.235.0 or later. If your site shows an older version, go to **Dashboard** then **Updates** first.

1. In WordPress admin, open the **Toolkit Hub** and enable **Rate Plan Control** (in the **Pricing Display** group) if it is currently off.
2. Under **Rate plan overrides**, click **Add override**.
3. In the **Rate Plan Name (PMS)** field, enter the plan name exactly as it appears in your PMS. Choose a match type. **Exact match** is the safest option.
4. Set a **Display Name** for what guests will see, for example "Refundable" or "Non-Refundable".
5. Save.

The new labels apply immediately on property pages and the checkout sidebar.

Add one override per rate plan. Any plan without an override continues to show its original PMS name.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
