# Removing a property listing from your website

You cannot delete a property listing from your HomeRunner website inside WordPress. This is intentional.

**Why this happens.** Property listings on your website sync automatically from your property management software (PMS). If you deleted a listing in WordPress, the next sync would recreate it, so deletion there is blocked.

**How to remove a listing.** Deactivate or remove the property in your PMS. Your website picks up the change automatically, usually within the hour.

**Keeping a property active in your PMS.** If the property needs to stay active in your PMS but should not appear on your website, contact support. Support can exclude it from the site instead.
