# Letting guests search by listing features

Your guests can search your homes for features mentioned in listing text, such as a dock or a pizza oven, through the **Keyword Search** module in the HomeRunner Toolkit.

**How the module is split.** Keyword Search has two parts. The **Keyword Finder** in the **Toolkit Hub** is a lookup tool for admins. Guest search is a separate setting under the module called **Search by feature**.

**What your guests see.** Once **Search by feature** is on, your property listings page shows a **Search by feature** control. A guest types a word such as "dock" or "bunk room" and sees every home whose listing text mentions it.

**Managing terms.** You can pin terms as chips (for example dock, hot tub, pool) and hide terms you do not want shown.

For steps and settings, see [https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-keyword-search/](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-keyword-search/) (section "Guest search: Search by feature").

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
