# Hiding the ‘Starting at’ price before dates

Before a guest picks dates, the booking box on your property page can show a 'Starting at' nightly price. This label comes from the **Price before dates** setting when it is set to **Lowest Price**.

**Options.** **Price before dates** offers four choices: **Base Daily Price**, **Average Price**, **Lowest Price**, and **Nothing**. With **Nothing** selected, the booking box shows no price until the guest picks dates.

**To hide the price before dates:**

1. In WordPress, open the **HomeRunner Booking Widget** settings.
2. Go to the **General** tab.
3. Set **Price before dates** to **Nothing**.
4. Save, then clear your site's page cache so guests see the change.

**What guests see afterward.** Once a guest chooses dates, the quoted per-night price appears as usual. That price is controlled by the separate **Price with dates** setting. On mobile, the sticky booking bar shows only the **Check Availability** button.

**Property cards are separate.** The 'Starting at' price on property cards in search results and in **More Rentals** sections uses the explorer settings. The **Price before dates** setting does not affect it.
