# Hiding a guest review without deleting it

You can hide an individual review from your website without deleting it.

1. In your WordPress admin, go to the **Reviews** list.
2. Find the review. You can filter by property or search the review text.
3. Hover over the review and click the **Hide** action, or open the review and set its **Visibility** field to **Hidden**.

The review disappears from your live site immediately but stays in the system. It also stays hidden when new reviews sync in. You can unhide it the same way at any time.

**Average star rating.** The average star rating badge shown near the booking widget is recalculated separately and may not update on its own right after you hide a review. If the average still reflects the hidden review, contact support to have it recalculated for the property.
