# Combining fees into the nightly rate

To show fees inside the nightly rate in your price breakdown, similar to Airbnb, combine them with rent.

1. In HomeRunner settings, go to **Property settings**.
2. Turn on **Combine fees with rent**.

Cleaning fees, booking fees, and extra-guest fees from your PMS then merge into the **Accommodation Fare** line. The nightly figure becomes the blended rate (the fare divided by the number of nights), and the grand total stays the same.
