# Pet listings missing from one filter

A listing appears in one pet filter on your website but not the other. Fix this in your PMS, not on the website. No website changes are needed.

For each affected listing, set both of the following:

1. Turn on the pet policy on the listing.
2. Add **Pets allowed** to the listing's amenities.

On the next sync, the website picks up both settings and the two filters agree.
