# Pages that show only tagged properties

You can build a page on your website that shows only certain properties, and have properties appear on it or disappear from it automatically.

**How it works.** Pages like this are driven by PMS tags. A tag on a listing in Guesty syncs to your website, and the page shows every property carrying that tag. Changes you make in Guesty appear on the website after the next sync, without anyone editing the site directly.

**Hiding a property while keeping its internal category.** If a property should stay in an internal category but sometimes be hidden from the public page, use two tags:

1. Keep one tag, for example "ski lease", on the property year round as a permanent label for internal sorting.
2. Add a second tag, for example "ski lease available", and have the public page point at that second tag.
3. When the property gets leased, remove only the second tag. The property drops off the page at the next sync.
4. When the lease ends, add the second tag back.

Any tag names work, as long as they are spelled identically on every listing. Contact support with the exact tag names you choose so the pages can be pointed at the correct tags.

The same tag can also power a visual label on property cards across your site.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
