# Landing page filtered by bedroom range

You can build a landing page that lists only homes within a bedroom range, such as 1 to 3 bedrooms, using the **Auto Tags** module in the HomeRunner Toolkit. You create a tag that applies itself to matching homes, then point the page's property explorer at that tag.

1. In the WordPress admin, open **HomeRunner Toolkit > Auto Tags** and add a new rule.
2. Every rule requires at least one time-based condition. Add an availability condition, for example any opening in the next 180 days.
3. Add two bedroom conditions: "at least 1" and "at most 3". Adjust the numbers for your range.
4. Give the rule a descriptive name, for example "Villa Rentals (1 to 3 bedrooms)".
5. Save. The module creates a property tag with the rule's name and applies it to matching homes on its schedule, so the list updates automatically as bookings come in.
6. On the landing page, set the explorer shortcode to that tag, using the slug shown on the **Auto Tags** screen: `[homerunner-explorer tag="villa-rentals-1-to-3-bedrooms"]`
