# Landing page for holiday date availability

You can build a landing page that lists only the homes available during a specific holiday window, such as Christmas week. To do this, use the HomeRunner Toolkit's **Auto Tags** module to create a date-range availability rule, then point the landing page's explorer at the tag that rule creates.

1. In the WordPress admin, open **HomeRunner Toolkit > Auto Tags** and add a new rule.
2. Add an availability condition with a specific date range, for example December 19 to December 26 of the current year.
3. If you only want full-week stays to qualify, set a **minimum nights** value on the condition.
4. Save. The module creates a property tag and applies it to homes that have an opening in that window. The list updates itself as bookings come in.
5. On the landing page, use the explorer shortcode with that tag's slug: `[homerunner-explorer tag="your-tag-slug"]`. The slug is shown on the **Auto Tags** screen.

**Keep in mind.** The date range is set per year, so update the rule after the holiday passes.
