# SSR listings page width

Your SSR listings (properties) page has its own width control, separate from the rest of your website.

**Setting the width.** In the HomeRunner dashboard:

1. Open your feed.
2. Go to **Widgets** and open the **Listings Layout** widget.
3. In the **Spacing** settings, set **Max width**. You can use px or %. Choosing "none" removes the constraint.
4. Save the widget.

Left and right margins default to auto, so once you set a max width, the layout centers itself automatically.

**The page section sets the limit.** HomeRunner content renders inside the section of your website where it is embedded, so it can never be wider than that section. **Max width** narrows the layout and centers it within that section. To gain overall width, widen the page section in your site builder.

**If the change does not show.** If the live page does not reflect the change right away, the SSR cache is the cause. Turn on **Development mode** for the feed in the dashboard (this clears the caches), reload the page, and turn **Development mode** off when you are done.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
