# Connecting Gravity Forms to Campaign Monitor

You can add newsletter subscribers to Campaign Monitor automatically when guests submit a form on your site. This is handled by the **Gravity Forms Campaign Monitor add-on** and takes two steps.

**Step 1: Connect your account.** You only need to do this once. In WordPress, go to **Forms > Settings > Campaign Monitor** and paste your Campaign Monitor API key. A green check next to the key means it was accepted.

**Step 2: Add a feed to the form.**

1. Open the form and go to **Settings > Campaign Monitor**.
2. Add a feed.
3. Choose the client (if your account has more than one) and the list subscribers should join.
4. Map the form's email field to the list's email address.
5. Under **Conditional logic**, set the feed to run only when the newsletter checkbox is checked.

With the feed active, every submission where the box is ticked is added to the list. Submissions without the tick are not added.

**About the checkbox.** The newsletter checkbox should be a **Consent** field in Gravity Forms so the choice is recorded with the entry.
