# Travel insurance fees across multiple PMS accounts

If your PMS setup uses more than one account, the travel insurance fee may have a different name in each account. Each fee name needs its own override row in **Toolkit > Travel protection**.

For example, if one account calls the fee 'Insurance Fee' and another calls it 'Redsky Travel Insurance', add a separate row for each name and switch on **Treat as insurance** for both.

You can give all rows the same display text, provider, and policy link so the presentation your guests see stays consistent.
