# Pet-friendly and property type search filters

Your property search page (Explorer) already supports pet-friendly and property type filters. They only need to be enabled in settings.

**Where the settings are.** In the WordPress admin, go to the HomeRunner settings and open the Explorer filter options. There are three groups of filter fields: **Primary Filter Fields** (the visible search bar), **Additional Filter Fields** (the panel behind the **Additional Filters** control), and **Extra Filter Fields** (Order and Pets).

**To show all of these filters:**

1. Make sure **Additional Filters** is checked under **Primary Filter Fields**.
2. Check **Types** under **Additional Filter Fields**.
3. Check **Pets** under **Extra Filter Fields**.
4. Save and reload the search page.

The pet-friendly toggle uses the pets flag synced from your PMS, so homes marked pet-friendly there are picked up automatically.

**If the page does not change.** If your search page was built in a page builder, the Explorer block placed on that page can carry its own filter settings that override the site-wide ones. If enabling the filters in settings does not change the page, contact support to enable them on the page itself.
