# Adding a note to a checkout fee

You can add a plain-English explanation to any fee line your guests see at checkout.

The **Inline Price Breakdown** module in the HomeRunner Toolkit accepts per-fee explanations, keyed by the fee's title. Each fee you configure gets a small tappable info button at checkout that reveals your note when clicked. Fees without a configured entry show no button and stay bare.

No code changes are needed. Enter the note text for each fee in the module settings.
