# SMS opt-in checkbox at checkout

HomeRunner can add a second consent checkbox to your reservation checkout page so guests can opt in to SMS text messages.

**How it appears.** The checkbox sits just below the existing terms and conditions acceptance. It includes the carrier-required consent language and links to your SMS Privacy Policy. The checkbox is optional, so guests can still complete their booking without checking it.

**Compliance.** This checkbox satisfies the requirements for A2P/Twilio SMS registration compliance.

**Setup.** HomeRunner handles the implementation. You do not need to change anything in your site's admin settings.
