# Sending booking activity to your CRM

You can send website booking activity, including abandoned carts, to your CRM.

**Conversion Kit.** The Conversion Kit's abandoned-cart capture can post the guest's first checkout step to a CRM form with the visitor's tracking cookie attached. The activity then lands on the contact record your CRM is already tracking. A HubSpot adapter is available and is scoped per customer.

**SendSquared.** If you are evaluating CRM alternatives, SendSquared connects to HomeRunner directly. Direct bookings become CRM profiles through your PMS, and abandoned carts flow in automatically.
