# Property page meta tags from your PMS

HomeRunner can take the meta title and meta description for every property page from two custom fields in your PMS. The text is then managed with the listing, and new homes pick it up on sync.

**Set up the fields in your PMS.** Create two listing-level custom fields, for example "Meta Title" and "Meta Description". Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully and OwnerRez all support this. Write the values on each listing, and keep descriptions to about 155 characters. A listing with an empty field keeps the auto-generated title or description.

**Map the fields in HomeRunner.**

1. In your WordPress admin, open **HomeRunner settings** and go to the **Sync** section.
2. Click **Refresh** in the **Connection** box so the new fields appear in the dropdowns. A property sync alone does not refresh this list.
3. In the **Source Mapping** settings, set **Meta Title Source** and **Meta Desc Source** to the two new fields, and save.
4. Run a property sync.

From then on, edits to those fields in your PMS carry over with each sync.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
