# Collecting reviews from direct-booking guests

If your PMS only syncs reviews from Airbnb and Vrbo, guests who book direct on your website need another way to leave a review. The **Review Requests** module in the HomeRunner Toolkit handles this.

**How it works.** Once the module is enabled, every direct-booking guest receives a branded email two days after checkout. The email links to a short review form on your site. If the guest has not responded, they receive a reminder at five days.

**Approving reviews.** Submitted reviews appear in your WordPress dashboard under **Toolkit**, then **Review Requests**. You approve each one before it shows on the property page. Nothing is published without your approval.

**Settings.** From the same screen, you can configure the reply-to address, the email timing, and links to your terms and privacy pages.

**Importing existing reviews.** If you have reviews from another platform, you can import them via CSV. The file uses columns for guest name, date, rating, review text, home, and channel.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
