# Booking inquiries in Meta tracking

If your property is set up so that a booking request is an inquiry rather than an instant confirmed reservation, Meta tracking sends that event as a Lead instead of a Purchase. This is the correct mapping, because the request has not been confirmed yet.

If you want inquiries counted as purchases, there is a setting to change this.
