# Missing Toolkit features and settings access error

Features such as the price-comparison widget and the **Have a Question?** button no longer appear on your site, and opening their settings shows **Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page**.

**Why this happens.** These features are provided by the HomeRunner Toolkit and HomeRunner Conversion Kit plugins. If they disappear suddenly, it is usually because one or both plugins were deactivated.

**To restore them:**

1. In WordPress, go to **Plugins** and confirm **HomeRunner Toolkit** and **HomeRunner Conversion Kit** are both Active.
2. If either shows as inactive, click **Activate**.
3. Reload a property page. The features return once the plugins are active again.

If the plugins are not listed at all, contact support to restore them.
