# Review Importer: matching rows to properties

When you prepare a Review Importer spreadsheet, the **Property Title** column does not need to match the current listing title on your website.

The importer matches each row to a property by the **Internal Name** column, not by **Property Title**. Keep **Internal Name** filled with the unit's internal or PMS name, and the import maps correctly even if **Property Title** contains an older listing name.
