# Multi Calendar nightly rates per property

The Multi Calendar shows nightly rates by default, including when each property is priced differently.

The Multi Calendar displays as a grid with one row per property and one column per night. Every open (available) cell shows that property's own nightly rate for that night, so different properties show their own numbers on the same dates. Booked nights show as filled cells without a rate.

**Hiding rates.** If you do not want rates shown, use the **Hide Price** setting on the Multi Calendar element in the page builder. This removes the rate from every cell.

**Cell colors.** You can change the colors of available and booked cells with custom CSS.
