# Does HomeRunner read PMS guest messages?

HomeRunner syncs listings, availability, rates, reservations, and reviews from your PMS. It does not read your PMS inbox or your guest message history.

Because of this, your website is not involved in exporting messages, for example to build FAQs or staff procedures. Exporting message history out of your PMS requires a separate connection that uses your PMS API key. This is not part of the HomeRunner integration today.
