# Auto Tags rules need a time-based condition

In **HomeRunner Toolkit**, every **Auto Tags** rule requires at least one time-based condition: either an availability window or a listing-age condition. This means you cannot create a rule that filters by bedrooms alone.

You can add bedroom and group conditions to narrow the results further, but they cannot be the only condition in a rule.
