# Bookings completed from OwnerRez follow-up emails

If a guest leaves your website without paying and later completes the booking from an OwnerRez abandoned-cart follow-up email, the booking still counts as a HomeRunner website booking.

HomeRunner records a booking whenever it completes a quote that started on your website. This applies whether the guest pays immediately or returns later from an OwnerRez follow-up email that links back to that same quote. The booking appears in HomeRunner with the original booking date and check-in date.

**If a booking looks missing.** Send support the guest name and the screen you were viewing: the HomeRunner dashboard **Reservations** list, the WordPress **Reservations** table, or a date-filtered report. Support can then check the filter settings rather than the underlying data.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
