# Conversion Kit emails after a guest books

Conversion Kit price-drop alerts and **Remind me to book** emails do not stop automatically when a guest completes a booking. A guest who has already reserved may still receive a reminder or a price-drop email for the dates they saved earlier.

**Why this happens.** Neither tool checks whether the guest has already booked, and there is no booking hook that cancels these messages automatically.
