# Adding new tags for new regions

Adding tags is self-service. You can create new tags as you expand to new regions without contacting support each time.

Create the tag in your PMS with the prefix that matches what you want the tag to do.

**Location prefix.** Your account's location prefix (for example [l] Green Mountains) makes the tag a searchable location on your website.

**Group prefix.** Your account's group prefix (for example [g] Ski-in Ski-out) makes the tag a collection or filter.

**No prefix.** A tag without a prefix stays internal, so your guests never see it.

New tags reach your website on the next scheduled sync. Support does not need to do anything.
