# Rotating search results for equal visibility

If the same units always appear first in your search results, you can switch to a rotating order so every property gets equal visibility.

**How rotation works.** Search results are served in a shuffled order that reshuffles every hour, giving every unit equal time near the top. Within any single hour the order stays the same, so a guest paging through results sees a consistent list during their session.

**Where it applies.** You can enable rotation for every search on your site or only for specific search pages. When rotation is enabled on a page, it replaces the featured-first ordering on that page. Homepage featured-property sections are separate and are not affected by this setting.

**Turning it on.** To enable rotation, contact support and request the configuration change.
