# Guesty: separate website and OTA property titles

Your website can show a different property title from the one on Airbnb and other OTAs. HomeRunner can pull the property title from any Guesty field, including a custom field.

**Title sources.** You have three sources to choose from: **Internal nickname** (your own naming, not guest-facing), **Public title** (what goes to Airbnb and other OTAs), or a custom field you create, for example 'website property title'.

**Using a custom field.** If neither your internal nickname nor your public title suits the website, create the custom field. It is controlled only for the website distribution channel and is not tied to your internal naming or your OTA listing. This lets you optimize the OTA title and the website title independently.
