# Replying to guest reviews on your website

You cannot reply to guest reviews from your website. The website has no place to answer reviews.

**Why this happens.** Reviews come across from your PMS read-only and are displayed as published.

**Where to reply.** Replies stay where you manage them today: in your PMS and on the booking channels the review came from. A reply you post there does not sync back to the review display on your website.
