# Custom night counts in Flexible Search

Guests on the **I'm flexible** tab of the Flexible Search tool cannot type an exact number of nights. There is no field for a typed night count. The tool works with preset stay lengths instead.

**How it works.** Your guests choose one of four stay-length options: **Weekend stay**, **1 week**, **2 weeks**, or **1 month**. They then pick **Anytime** or a specific month, and the tool suggests matching date ranges.

**For an exact stay length.** Guests who already know exactly how long they want to stay should use the **Exact dates** tab, which supports any stay length through the calendar.
