# Letting guests request dates without paying

Yes. Conversion Kit includes an inquiry form, labeled **Have a question**, that lets guests ask about dates without completing a booking or paying up front.

On standard templates, the form sits under the booking widget. On custom templates, add it with the shortcode [hrck_contact_form].

The form knows which property the guest is viewing and prefills any dates already selected in the booking widget. Each submission sends an email to your team. The form does not block the calendar and does not collect any payment.

You can set fields as optional or required. An optional Zapier hook can send submissions to your CRM.
