# Automatically attaching add-ons to bookings

Your booking website does not attach an add-on to a booking automatically when a stay matches a rule. An add-on is included only when the guest selects it at checkout.

If you want your fulfillment team to be reminded when a qualifying booking comes in, you can use Guesty's message automations. They can send a guest or team message based on criteria such as number of nights and listing tag.
