# Deleted Hostfully recommendation still on area guide

A recommendation you deleted in Hostfully Guidebooks can still appear on your site's area guide.

**Why this happens.** The HomeRunner for Guidebooks plugin syncs places from Hostfully once a day. The sync adds new places and updates existing ones, but it does not remove places that were deleted in Hostfully.

**How to remove it.**

1. In WordPress, go to **Recommendations**.
2. Find the entry you deleted in Hostfully.
3. Move it to **Trash**.

The next sync does not bring it back.
