# Hostfully Guidebooks place appears twice

If you delete a place in Hostfully Guidebooks and then re-create it, the place can appear twice on your site.

**Why this happens.** When a place is deleted and re-created in Hostfully, the sync creates a new WordPress entry for the re-created place but leaves the old entry in place.

**Which entry to keep.**

1. In WordPress, go to **Recommendations**.
2. Compare the **Last Modified** dates of the two entries.
3. Keep the entry whose **Last Modified** date updated after the most recent sync.
4. Move the other entry to **Trash**.
