# Active Guesty listing missing from site

A Guesty listing is set to Active and Listed, but it does not appear on your HomeRunner site.

**Why this happens.** HomeRunner receives your property list from a Booking Engine API key in your Guesty account, and that key decides which listings are sent. A listing left off the key never reaches HomeRunner, whatever the listing's own Active and Listed settings say. A key set to "All properties" can still carry an exclude list, and a listing on that list is left out.

**How to check the key.**

1. In Guesty, open **Marketing and sales**, then **Distribution**, and click the **Guesty Booking Engine API** tile.
2. Find the API key connected to your website, open its menu and choose **Edit API key**.
3. Look at both the assigned properties and the exclude list.
4. Add the missing listing, or remove it from the exclude list, and save.

HomeRunner picks up the listing on the next scheduled pull, within about 12 hours. Contact support if you want it pulled right away.

Guesty's own steps for that screen: [https://help.guesty.com/hc/en-gb/articles/18132541671069-Creating-and-editing-a-Guesty-Booking-Engine-API-instance](https://help.guesty.com/hc/en-gb/articles/18132541671069-Creating-and-editing-a-Guesty-Booking-Engine-API-instance)

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
