# 500 error when booking one property

When a guest tries to book one specific property, they see an "internal error" or 500 error. All other properties on the same site quote and book normally.

**Why this happens.** The property on your website has a broken connection to its corresponding listing in your property management system. When that link is misconfigured for a single property, the booking system cannot retrieve pricing, and guests attempting to book that listing get an error. Your other properties are unaffected because their connections are intact.

**What you can do.** Contact support. Support can identify and correct the broken mapping, which resolves the error immediately without any change to the rest of your site.
