# Booking notification emails not arriving

If a booking notification email from your HomeRunner site is not arriving at all, start with its settings.

Each HomeRunner email type has its own on/off switch in the plugin's **Email Settings** screen. The switches cover the new-reservation admin notice, the blocked-reservation notice, the failed-payment notice, and the guest confirmation.

1. In **Email Settings**, confirm the switch for the missing notice is turned on.
2. Verify that the recipient address listed next to it is correct.
